Rajeev has spent close to 2 decades inside the world of talent acquisition — not as an observer, but as someone who has shaped hiring strategy, navigated impossible briefs, and watched organisations succeed or stumble based almost entirely on the quality of their talent thinking.

What frustrated him most wasn't the work. It was the isolation. Senior TA leaders in India were solving the same hard problems independently, making the same expensive mistakes quietly, and had no trusted space to actually compare notes. Every forum was either too big, too vendor-driven, or too performative to produce anything real.

"I wasn't looking to build another networking event. I wanted to create the room I never had access to — where the most experienced TA minds in India could speak completely honestly, without an audience and without an agenda."
